Q: Does CNaturals Cosmetics test on animals?

We do not, nor have we ever, tested our products on animals. We also do not contract outside companies to test on animals for us.

Q: Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Generally all our products are safe for use by pregnant women. However, all products used by pregnant including CNatural products should be approved by the Doctors before use.

Q: What is your return policy?

Products can be returned to us for any reason whether it is used or unused within 30 days of purchase. Only products that have been purchased through our website or by telephone can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Q: Do your products contain animal ingredients?

We do use animal bi-products such as beeswax in some of our products.

Q: How do I use Skin products in conjunction with the CNaturals Skincare?

All of CNaturals's Skin products can be used together to create an individualized skincare regimen. Selecting the products is a matter of preference. Begin with a cleanser, second exfoliate with the Face scrub, then moisturize your skin with one of the moisturizer cremes and finally, treat your skin daily with either the Fruity Alpha Hydroxy Acid along with a SPF moisturizing cream or SPF foundation or SPF Powder during the day or at night as Night Creme.
